Acqua Pazza literally means crazy water. In Italy, the term is used for something that seems simple, but is full of character. Lively, unpolished, and exactly right as it is.

That idea is present in everything we make. Reduced to the essence, without anything unnecessary.

Vico Equense

Where sea, altitude and volcanic soil come together.

Acqua Pazza comes from Vico Equense, on the Sorrentine Peninsula, between the Gulf of Naples and Capri.

This is a place where sea, altitude and volcanic soil create a unique microclimate. Here, lemons grow with a high concentration of natural oils and a distinctive aromatic profile.

The Ovale di Sorrento, recognised with IGP status, is known for its quality and forms the reference for everything we make.

This is where flavour begins. And where our limoncello starts.

Our limoncello is made in small batches, with respect for tradition and attention to detail.

We use only the lemon peel, rich in essential oils, and allow it to macerate slowly in order to achieve maximum flavour and balance.

The recipe is intentionally pure. Just lemon peel, alcohol, water and sugar.

No artificial additives, no rushing the process. Just time and craftsmanship.
